Muay Thai / Kickboxing
The heart of Strikers. The "art of eight limbs" — punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and clinch — taught through footwork, rhythm, and a cardio-intensive curriculum that gets you in real shape.
Teens and adults at any level — total beginners stepping on the mats for the first time, and experienced strikers sharpening their game.

Boxing Fundamentals
Western boxing from the ground up. The jab that sets everything up, the guard that keeps you safe, and the head movement and footwork that separate boxers from brawlers.
Beginners who want a focused, fundamentals-first start — and Muay Thai or MMA students who want to sharpen their hands and ring IQ.

Kids Muay Thai / Kickboxing
Kids learn the fundamentals of boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai while building confidence, discipline, and leadership — in a structured, supportive, small-class setting.
Kids who could use more focus, confidence, and healthy energy outlets — whether they're shy and finding their footing or bursting with energy that needs direction.

Small classes mean every kid gets real attention from a coach. It's active and challenging, but the culture is respect-first. Kids classes run Mon & Wed evenings and Saturday mornings.

Private / Semi-Private Training
Dedicated coaching, one-on-one or with a partner. The fastest way to build a foundation, fix bad habits, or sharpen a fighter's tools — built entirely around your goals and schedule.
Anyone who wants focused attention — new students who want a head start, busy schedules that need flexibility, or competitors preparing for a bout with a licensed cornerman in their corner.
